4. Monthly Service Plans

Customers enrolled in a monthly maintenance plan agree to pay the flat monthly fee regardless of the number of visits performed during a particular month. Monthly pricing is designed to spread annual lawn maintenance costs evenly throughout the year.

Monthly plans may include seasonal services as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Payments

Payment is due according to the terms listed on your invoice or service agreement.

Late payments may result in:

6. Scheduling

7. Property Access

Customers agree to provide safe access to the property during scheduled service times.

Gates are unlocked (unless access arrangements have been made).
Pets are secured.
Vehicles and personal belongings are removed from service areas.
Sprinklers are turned off before service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible properties.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Clearly marking underground utilities, invisible fences, irrigation components, and other hidden obstacles.
Informing us of any hazards before service.
Removing valuable or fragile items from the lawn.

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden objects.

9. Weather Delays

Weather may delay scheduled services.

If weather prevents service, we will complete the work as soon as conditions safely allow. Service days may shift accordingly.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate concerns.

11. Cancellation

Customers may cancel recurring service by providing reasonable advance notice before the next scheduled service.

Outstanding balances remain due upon cancellation.
